In one of my previous posts, I mentioned that we are eating healthier and I continue on my mission to find healthy quick snack recipes. Here are 3 of my favorites.
Healthy Peanut Butter Granola-watch the cooking time on this. I had to adjust it for my stove. I actually checked it after only 5 minutes and turned it and then cooked for another 7 minutes. This is absolutely wonderful with fresh fruit or yogurt. I make this just about every week it is so yummy.
Triple Chocolate Granola Bars-these remind me of rice krispie bars. They freeze well and taste delicious.
Coconut Peach Creamy Popsicles-these are so quick and easy to make and taste really good. Nice refreshing treat any day but especially on hot summer days.
