3 Healthy Quick Recipes

A few months ago my husband and I began our health journey with the Daniel Plan.  I can’t tell you how much I LOVE this plan.  It involves food, faith, fitness, focus and friends/family and is a well-rounded healthy lifestyle.  There is no calorie counting just focusing on eating healthy real foods in appropriate serving sizes. 

Since beginning this journey, I have been on a mission to find new healthy recipes that are quick, easy and full of healthy foods. Pinterest has been a great source, but a word of advice, don’t search Pinterest for recipes when you’re hungry.  I thought I would share a few of our favorites.
