Payment due when order is placed.
Orders will be not be started until payment clears.
No cancellations once order is placed.
Many items are made to order. My current processing time is 2-3 weeks ( I DO NOT work on weekends and/or holidays) PLUS shipping time, which usually takes 2-5 days. Due to recent worldwide events, shipping delays are occurring. Please be patient with the carriers. If you have not seen movement on your package, sign up for email or text alerts from the carrier. That often gets things moving.
ALL sales are final! NO refunds, exchanges, or store credit given. Please be specific about sizes, personalization, fabric, font and color requests if you are placing a custom order. If you are unsure of your options, contact me. If a specific font is not requested I will typically use a font that coordinates with the design purchased.
I take great care with each item to ensure accuracy, however if a mistake has been made on my part please contact me immediately so I can work with you to correct the issue. Any item that has had a mistake made on my part MUST be returned to me within 3 DAYS, in it’s original condition and not used. I also must be contacted within 24 hours upon receipt that there is an issue.
Most items take 2-3 weeks to make as they are handcrafted. Refunds are not given for failure to plan accordingly. I have a rush charge available if you need your item before the 2-3 week turnaround.
All items are created in my smoke free environment.
Please note that I use water-soluble stabilizer on the outside of some designs to achieve the highest quality. When stitching is complete, I remove as much of this material as possible. Small remaining pieces will dissolve when the item is first washed. Any faint marking lines will disappear after washing. The fabric backing will also soften with washing. Please wash garments intended for children under 3 years old before wearing.
